We assist with business setup, compliance, and related services by coordinating with in‑house teams and third‑party partners. Timelines and deliverables may vary based on government processes, third‑party availability, and client responsiveness.

2. Third‑Party Services and Disclaimer

Some services are delivered by independent third‑party partners. Their terms may apply.
We are not responsible for third‑party errors, delays, pricing updates, eligibility decisions, or policy changes.
Government rejections, re‑filings, or additional documentation requests are outside our control.

3. Fees, Refunds, and Taxes

All fees quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are primarily for professional effort and coordination. Government/third‑party charges are separate unless bundled.
Refunds (if any) are at our sole discretion and limited to the unused portion of professional fees; third‑party or government fees are non‑refundable.

4. Client Obligations

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents.
Respond to clarifications and approvals within reasonable time to avoid delays.
Comply with applicable laws and cooperate with third‑party partners and authorities.

5. Timelines

Any timelines provided are indicative and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to external dependencies, government workload, inaccuracies in client data, or third‑party constraints.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VRSECLABS PVT. LTD., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the professional fees actually paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality and Data

We maintain appropriate safeguards for client data. However, we are not liable for breaches arising from third‑party systems or force majeure events. By using our services, you consent to data sharing with relevant partners solely to deliver the requested service.

8. Communication and Records

You authorize us to contact you via phone, email, or messaging platforms for service updates. You agree that electronic records, approvals, and communications are valid and binding.

9. Compliance and Acceptable Use

You will not use our services for unlawful purposes or submit misleading or fraudulent information. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services that violate law or policy.
